Thanks for the advice. Where can I find the fuse for the mirror heaters and where is the outside temperature sensor located?

The fuse box location should be in your owner's manual - usually under the dash or in the engine bay. The temperature sensor is often near the front grille. But messing with electrics can be tricky without the right tools and knowledge. If you're not comfortable, a workshop might be best.

Understood. Thanks for the help. Looks like a workshop is the way to go. They quoted around 95€ for the repair, so hopefully it'll be fixed soon.

I had a similar issue with my 2012 Volvo S60. The heated mirrors quit working. Have you checked the fuse for the mirror heaters? It could just be a blown fuse. Also, could it be the outside temperature sensor? If it's bad, that might be why the heating isn't kicking on.
