Thanks! I checked all the fuses, and they're good. I don't think I touched any window controls while swapping the battery. Can you tell me more about your GS issue and how you fixed it?

Okay, so fuses are good. When I had the window issue, it turned out the system needed a full reset that I couldn't do myself. The error in the memory was the same as yours. Honestly, after fiddling around for ages, I gave up and took it to a workshop. They recalibrated something with their computer, and that fixed it right up. Probably best to avoid messing with the door panel too much, you could end up with bigger problems.

Thanks for the advice! I took it to a workshop. They confirmed the window regulator initialization failed and did a reset. Cost 290€. Power windows are working now!

Lexus GS, huh? Sounds familiar! I had a similar problem with my GS a while back. After changing the battery, the windows just wouldn't budge. I thought I'd blown a fuse or something. Did you check all the fuses related to the power windows and the door panel? Also, did you mess with any of the window controls or the window switch while replacing the battery? Just trying to gather some clues!
