Lexus GX Audio System Failure

Hi, I'm experiencing a strange issue with my 2023 Lexus GX Hybrid. The audio system is completely dead. No sound from any source – radio, USB, Bluetooth, nothing. I've checked the fuses, and they seem fine. Mileage is at 94765 km. Any ideas before I take it to the dealer?

Hello, that sounds frustrating! I have a GX too. I had a similar problem a while back, complete radio silence! Have you noticed any weird sound quality issues like distortion before it went completely silent?

Thanks for the reply! No, no distortion or anything odd beforehand. It was working perfectly fine one day and just stopped the next. Did your issue sound like that, and what turned out to be the cause?

Yep, sounds like what happened to mine. Turned out to be a defective bass speaker that shorted out. Basically took the whole system down. I know it sucks, but I'd strongly suggest getting it checked out at a decent workshop. If it is the same then it could cost around 280€.
