Lexus GX Climate Control Problem

My 2023 Lexus GX hybrid is having climate issues at 113175 km. Automatic temperature control no longer works, and the AC refuses to engage. An error is stored in the memory. Suspect a faulty interior temperature sensor; likely a cable or plug issue. Thoughts?

GX, eh? I had a similar problem with mine. Drove me nuts! Is the air blowing at all, or is it completely dead? Could be more than just a sensor, you know.

Completely dead. No air, no change in fan speed. The error points specifically to the interior temperature sensor. Did yours do the same?

Yep, same symptoms. Error code and everything. Honestly, I wouldn't mess with it too much. These systems are complex. I'd just take it to a shop and let them diagnose it properly. Could save you a headache.
