Thanks for the quick reply! Could you elaborate a bit on 'pairing settings'? I've poked around in the menus, but I didn't find anything super obvious related to conflicts or managing paired devices. Was it buried somewhere obscure, or am I just blind?

My apologies, I should have provided more details. Unfortunately, I do not remember the exact menu structure. To avoid damaging any components, I would suggest visiting a workshop to have the pairing reset.

I took your advice and visited my local shop. Turns out, the incorrect pairing was indeed the culprit! They reset the system for 45€, and now my phone connects without a hitch. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

I have a GX as well, and I experienced something similar not too long ago. Check the pairing settings in the multimedia interface itself. There might be a conflict with a previously connected device.
