Lexus IS Air Suspension Failure

Hi, I'm having an issue with my 2015 Lexus IS hybrid. The air suspension seems to have failed. The car won't lift, and it's leaning. I'm also getting an error message and a warning light. It seems like my low beams are misaligned. I scanned the car and found an error related to the air suspension. Any ideas?

A 2015 Lexus IS hybrid experienced air suspension failure, causing the car to lean and display error messages. Sounds familiar. I had a similar problem with my old Audi A6. The air suspension is a complex system. Have you checked the cable and plug connections to the compressor? That's often the culprit. A defective connection can cause all sorts of issues, like the ones you are describing. Is the compressor making any noise at all?

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll check the connections. Where exactly is the compressor located? And how would I know if the connection is defective – is there a way to test it?

On the Audi, it was near the rear axle, but I am unsure about the IS. Inspect the plug for corrosion and secure seating. If you lack the tools or confidence to properly test the wiring, I would strongly recommend that you visit a qualified workshop.

Thanks, I appreciate the advice. I took it to the shop, and it turned out to be a loose connector, just like you suspected. Cost me 95€ to fix. Everything is working fine now.
