Lexus IS automatic temperature control issue

Hi, I have a 2023 Lexus IS hybrid. The automatic temperature control has stopped working. The AC won't switch on, and there's an error code stored. Mileage is 73572 km. Any ideas?

Dude, that's rough! I had a similar issue with my IS (not sure of the year). Climate control went haywire. No cold air, just error messages. Does it feel like it's stuck on one temp setting, or just totally dead?

Yeah, mine was completely unresponsive too. Turned out to be a dodgy sensor. After fiddling around myself, I eventually caved and took it to a workshop. They diagnosed it as a faulty connection to the interior temperature sensor. Might be worth getting yours checked professionally, saves a lot of headaches.
