Lexus IS driver seat massage not working
Summary of the thread
The driver seat massage function in a 2019 Lexus IS hybrid is not working, and a code reader indicates a seat-related error. A possible cause is a loose or defective cable connection under the seat. The suggested solution is to inspect the cable and plug connection, and if necessary, have it repaired at a workshop, where a similar issue was resolved by replacing a defective cable.

Thanks! Was your error message the same? Where exactly should I be looking for the cable and plug?

Yep, same error. Honestly, it's a pain to get to. I'd just take it to a workshop. They quoted me 95€, turned out to be a defective cable.

Thanks, I appreciate the advice! I took it to the shop and you were spot on - defective cable. Repair cost was exactly as you said.

Hey, I had a similar issue with my Lexus IS. Check the cable and plug connection under the seat first. It might be a loose connection.
