Lexus IS Windshield Washer Heater Issue

I'm having trouble with the windshield washer heater on my 2015 Lexus IS hybrid. It's got 180345 km on the clock. I'm getting an error stored, and the spray nozzles freeze up in cold temperatures. I suspect a defective cable or plug connection. Anyone else experience this?

I have an IS too. I had a similar issue last winter. My washer fluid would freeze even with winter fluid. Is it spraying at all, or completely blocked?

It's completely blocked when it's freezing. Otherwise, it sprays fine. Do you remember what the problem was in your case?

Yeah, mine was the same. Fine when it wasn't freezing, but useless below zero. I never figured it out myself. I took it to a workshop, and they sorted it out. Probably best to get it checked.

Thanks for the info. I appreciate it. I'll take it in to be looked at. It ended up being a defective connection, cost 95€ to fix.
