Lexus LC ABS failure

I'm cheesed off with my 2021 Lexus LC gasoline model. The ABS lamp keeps lighting up, and I'm getting traction problems. Seems to be a full-on ABS failure. The odometer reads 143990 km. Anyone seen anything like this?

Summary of the thread

A 2021 Lexus LC owner experienced an ABS failure, indicated by the ABS light and traction problems, with the odometer at 143,990 km. A diagnostic test revealed a control unit malfunction as the cause. The suggested solution was to replace the control unit, which resolved the issue after being confirmed and executed by a workshop.

Did this summary help you solve your problem?

Sounds familiar. I had a similar speed signal fault issue with my 2018 BMW 5 series. Exact same symptoms: ABS light, traction control going haywire. Was your diagnostic showing anything?

Yeah, the diagnostic pointed to a control unit malfunction. Did you have to replace the whole thing on your 5 series?

Confirmed, control unit was indeed the culprit. If the diagnostic is pointing that way for your LC, I'd say bite the bullet and get it to a reputable workshop.

Thanks for the advice. The workshop confirmed it, and after replacing the control unit for 1000€, it seems fixed. What a nightmare!
