That's an uncanny resemblance to my situation! I'm curious, did the symptoms appear intermittently, or were they consistently present? Furthermore, did you eventually identify the root cause of the misfires? Did it turn out to be the injectors?

The symptoms were pretty consistent once they started, not intermittent at all. Yes, it ended up being a defective injection valve/injector. I'd suggest getting it checked out by a workshop, as specialized tools may be needed.

Thanks a lot for confirming! I appreciate you sharing your experience. I took it to the workshop, and they confirmed your diagnosis – faulty injector. Repair cost 515€. Replacing the injectors seems to have resolved all the symptoms!

I had a similar experience. I remember experiencing rough engine running, and the check engine light lit up like a Christmas tree. Jerking when accelerating and a noticeable drop in power – sound familiar? I also checked the spark plugs and ignition coils but the problem was not there. What was your next step after that?
