Lexus LS Battery Sensor Issue
Summary of the thread
A 2015 Lexus LS with a gasoline engine experienced a heavily discharged battery, error messages, weak and flickering lights, and a weak start. These issues were suspected to be caused by a defective battery sensor, which is known to cause parasitic drain and related electrical problems in this model. The problem was confirmed by a workshop, and replacing the faulty sensor resolved the issues.

The battery was replaced three years ago. Terminals look fine. But could a defective battery sensor really cause all these issues?

Yep, that sensor is a known culprit for weird electrical gremlins in those LS models. Can cause a parasitic drain and the other symptoms you're seeing. I'd recommend a workshop to verify.

Thanks for the confirmation. The workshop diagnosed a defective battery sensor. Repair cost was 315€. Problem solved.

Sounds like a classic case of battery failure! Is it the original battery? How old is it? And did you check the battery terminals?
