Sensors all check out, and I've smoke-tested for vacuum leaks - nada. Pretty sure it's the relay feeding the ECU that's causing the voltage drop and throwing it all off. Was your issue definitely ECU-related?

Yeah, it was the ECU itself. After chasing ghosts for a week, the shop confirmed it. Best to get it scanned properly.

Cheers. You were spot on. Replaced the main relay - 120€ all in - and she's purring like a kitten again. ECU's happy, and I'm even happier!

Sounds familiar. I had a similar issue with my LS. Have you checked the usual suspects like vacuum leaks or sensor malfunctions? Could be something else triggering the ECU issue.
