A software bug could be the cause. I haven't noticed any specific events that trigger these problems, it's pretty random. Do you think it might be related to the control unit?

It's plausible that the programming of the control unit is implausible and that this is the root cause of your problems. I recommend taking it to a reputable workshop and asking them to check and, if necessary, recalibrate the ECU.

Thanks for the advice. I've taken it to the workshop, and the repair cost will be around 240€. Hopefully, a recalibration solves it!

I've seen something similar on an LS before. Does it feel like a software bug? Have you noticed any patterns or specific events that trigger these issues?
