Lexus LS Error Memory Lock Active
Summary of the thread
A 2015 Lexus LS hybrid is experiencing an "Error memory lock active" issue, suspected to be related to undervoltage. The car had been sitting unused for about two weeks, which might have caused the problem. A similar case was resolved by taking the vehicle to a workshop for ECU diagnostics, confirming that undervoltage affected the computer system. The suggested solution is to have the car professionally diagnosed and repaired.

That's interesting. Yes, it has been sitting unused for about two weeks. What did you do to fix it?

I didn't really 'fix' it myself. I took it to a workshop. They said the undervoltage messed with the computer system. It needed some ECU diagnostics.

Okay, sounds like I'll have to bite the bullet and take it in. Thanks for confirming it's likely the undervoltage issue, that gives me a starting point. The repair cost will probably be around 240€.

I had something similar happen with my LS. Same fault codes about the active memory and errors stored. Did the car sit for a while unused? That's what caused mine.
