Lexus LS Massage Seat Failure
Summary of the thread
The massage seat switch in a 2021 Lexus LS hybrid was not functioning, and an error was stored in the error memory. A possible cause identified was a defective cable or plug connection to the seat. After taking the vehicle to a workshop, it was confirmed that a defective plug connection was the issue, which was then repaired.

Thanks, where exactly should I be looking for that cable? Any specific location?

Unfortunately, tracing the exact cable location requires some disassembly. It is usually below the seat. I would recommend taking it to a workshop; they can diagnose it properly. The cost is usually not significant.

Thanks for the advice. I took it to a workshop and you were right. It was a defective plug connection of the component. Cost me 95€ to fix.

I've seen similar issues with the Lexus LS seats. Have you checked the cable and plug connections to the seat? A defective cable or plug connection is sometimes the reason why massage settings don't work properly.
