Lexus LS rough cold start

My 2022 Lexus LS gasoline engine has a terrible cold start at 145208 km. Rough idling until it warms. Suspecting fuel delivery, could it be a faulty cold start injector? Or am I missing something?

I had a similar issue with my LS! Hard starting and rough running when cold. Have you had the injectors tested?

Injector testing? Was your experience only during cold starts, or did it continue after warm-up? How was it diagnosed?

Yes, primarily during cold starts. Once warmed up, the problem mostly disappeared. I'd get it to a workshop to diagnose, definitely sounds familiar. Turned out the injector was defective on mine.
