Lexus LS smartphone connection issues
Summary of the thread
A 2015 Lexus LS hybrid is experiencing smartphone connection issues, with an error stored in the error memory. The suspected cause is incorrect pairing with the end device. A similar issue was resolved by addressing a software glitch through a reset at a workshop. Checking the main fuses related to the infotainment system is suggested as a troubleshooting step, although it did not resolve the issue in a similar case.
Did this summary help you solve your problem?

Thank you for your reply. I have not yet checked the fuses, but I will certainly add it to my troubleshooting steps. Could you please tell me if checking the fuses solved your issue?

Checking the fuses didn't solve my issue, unfortunately. In the end, it was a software glitch that needed a reset at the workshop. Cost me 45€.

Thank you for the information. I will take it to the workshop for diagnosis and repair. Hopefully, the repair cost will be around the same price as yours.

I have an LS too. I had similar connection problems that kept showing up as electrical faults. Have you checked the main fuses, especially those related to the infotainment system?
