A 2006 Lexus LX owner reported a non-functional fresh air blower and suspected a defective blower motor, supported by an error code. Thanks for the info. I will check the wiring. How difficult was it to access the blower motor and wiring?

Accessing the blower motor isn't too bad, but if you're not comfortable with automotive electrical systems, I'd recommend taking it to a trusted workshop. I ended up doing that, and they confirmed it was a defective blower motor.

Thanks for the suggestion. I took it to the workshop. The blower motor was indeed defective. The repair cost 365€, but now it works like new!

I had similar airflow issues with my LX. Check the electrical wiring to the HVAC system and the heater fan. Could be a faulty connection preventing proper air circulation. Does the error code point to the blower motor specifically?
