Lexus LX Fuel Flap Issue

Hey, I'm having a weird issue with my 2018 Lexus LX diesel. The fuel flap won't open! I get an error message, and it's totally locked shut. Also, some random other functions seem to be acting up now too. I've checked the key fob, and that's not the problem. Anyone else run into this?

Thanks, I appreciate the advice! I took it to the shop, and you were right. Turns out it was the electric actuator, and the linkage was defective. Cost me 210€ to get it sorted!
