Lexus NX Battery Sensor Issue

Terminals are clean and tight, visually checked them already. I suspect it might not be the battery itself, but the battery sensor. Any experience with that? Is it easy to diagnose?

Now that you mention the battery sensor, I recall my mechanic mentioning something similar when he was diagnosing mine. Ultimately, it was the sensor causing a phantom drain. It's tricky to diagnose without the proper tools, I would recommend taking it to a reputable workshop. They should be able to pinpoint the issue quickly.

Thanks for the insight! Indeed, it was the battery sensor causing the issue, as you suspected. I had it replaced, and it cost 315€. Everything is working perfectly now.

I had a similar issue with my Lexus NX. The dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree, and the car struggled to start. Have you checked the battery terminals for corrosion or loose connections? Also, is it the original battery? What's the voltage when the car is off? A parasitic draw could also be the reason.
