Thank you for your quick response. I am not sure about the age of the brakes. I assume they are the factory ones. Is this a serious issue that requires immediate attention, or can it wait a bit?

Definitely get it checked ASAP. It's probably worn brakes like I had, but low brake fluid is never good. I kept driving on mine, and ended up almost rear-ending someone. The pedal feel just kept getting worse. I ended up paying around 480€ all in at the workshop! Don't risk it.

Hey there, I had something similar happen with my NX. The brake pedal felt kinda weird, and the fluid was low too. How old are your brakes? Could be you just need new pads.
