Lexus NX Error Memory Lock
Summary of the thread
A 2017 Lexus NX owner experienced an issue with an error memory lock, receiving only a message indicating an error stored in the memory. The problem was identified as being caused by undervoltage. The suggested solution was to have the vehicle's computer system diagnosed at a professional workshop, which confirmed the undervoltage issue.

Interesting! No other symptoms at all, which is what's so puzzling. Just the error message about the memory lock. Was yours the same, just the error and nothing else?

Yes, that's correct. In my case it was undervoltage leading to a locked fault memory. I would suggest getting the computer system diagnosed at a professional workshop.

Thanks for the info! I had it checked out. Turns out it was indeed undervoltage. Repair cost was 240€. Appreciate the help!

I had a similar issue with my NX. Do you have any other symptoms, like the car acting strangely or any warning lights illuminated?
