Lexus NX mirror heating issue

I have a 2014 Lexus NX hybrid with about 100k km on it. The mirror heating isn't working on either side. I've checked the fuses and they seem fine. The car's throwing an error code related to the mirror heaters. I'm guessing it's a wiring issue or maybe the heating elements themselves. Has anyone experienced something similar?

I had a similar issue with my NX. It turned out to be a faulty connection. Do you happen to have a multimeter to check the voltage at the mirror connectors?

Thanks for the quick reply. I do have a multimeter. Where exactly should I be probing on the mirror connector to check for voltage? Any specific pins?

I didn't do the testing myself, but the workshop told me that there was a break in the plug connection itself. I recommend taking a closer look or just going to the shop and asking them to take a look.

Alright, I appreciate the suggestion. I'll take it to a shop to get a proper diagnosis. They found the defective plug connection as well. Repair cost 95€. Thanks again!
