Lexus NX steering vibration

My 2019 NX hybrid with 139569 km is giving me serious issues. The steering wheel is vibrating, handling feels spongy, and the dash is showing power steering errors. It's getting difficult to steer; the power assist feels like it's cutting out. I've checked the basics, but I'm no mechanic. Any ideas before I spend a fortune?
