Before it went silent, there were subtle anomalies. A slight raspiness, especially at lower frequencies, seemed to come from the bass speaker. But there weren't any warning lights or error messages on the head unit.

The symptoms you describe strongly suggest a fault within the bass speaker, potentially causing a short circuit that disables the entire audio output stage. While further diagnostics would provide definitive confirmation, the probability is high. It may be prudent to seek professional assessment and repair at a reputable service center. The cost is about 280€.

Thanks for the insight. Your assessment matches my suspicions. I'll take my RC to a technician for diagnosis and repair. Your help was instrumental. The bass speaker was indeed defective.

A complete audio system failure, despite functional fuses and absent connectivity, does indeed point toward a hardware issue. Before delving into more invasive procedures, have you observed any unusual distortion or degradation in sound quality preceding the complete failure? Are any warning lights illuminated on the head unit itself?
