Lexus RC Cranks Wont Start

Help! My 2019 Lexus RC with a gasoline engine is totally dead. It just cranks and cranks but won't start. The error memory says something about "Terminal 15 ignition positive interrupted". Any ideas? I checked obvious stuff like fuses, but no luck.

Sounds familiar. I had a similar problem with my RC. Same symptoms, car wouldn't start. Did you check the starter solenoid cable or plug connection?

Where exactly is that located? And what am I looking for, just a loose connection?

It's a pain to get to, honestly. Could be a loose or corroded connection. Honestly, at that point, I just took it to a workshop. Cost me 95€, they said it was a defective cable.
