Lexus RX Automatic Transmission Issue

Hey, I have an RX too, and that sounds familiar! I had similar issues last year. Was your transmission just acting weird, like hesitating between gears or shifting at the wrong times?

Yes, it definitely went into emergency mode a couple of times, which was pretty concerning. After a lot of stress, I ended up taking it to a workshop, and they sorted it out. I would suggest doing the same.

I appreciate the advice. I took my Lexus to a reputable workshop, and it turned out that the automatic transmission oil was worn out. The oil replacement, in conjunction with resolving an undervoltage issue, cost approximately 240€. The transmission now operates smoothly.
