Lexus RX Headlight Washer Issue
Summary of the thread
A 2023 Lexus RX owner is experiencing issues with the headlight cleaning system and windshield washer, despite checking the fuses. A suggestion was made to inspect the cable connections to the pump and relay, as a faulty connection could be the cause. It was noted that accessing the pump might require removing the front bumper, and if the issue persists, seeking professional assistance at a workshop is recommended.

Thanks! Where exactly is the pump located? Is it easy to get to, or do I need to remove parts to access it?

On mine, the pump was accessible after removing the front bumper, but it's different on every car. Given that the windshield washer is out too, it's likely the same pump. If you aren't super confident, might be worth getting it checked at a workshop. I ended up paying 165€ for the repair, which was annoying.

Thanks a lot for the advice. I'll check the connections. If I can't figure it out, I'll take it to a workshop.

Hey, I also have an RX, and had similar issues. When the headlight cleaning stopped, it turned out to be a faulty connection. Have you checked the cable connections to the pump and the relay? That might be the culprit.
