Lexus RX Undervoltage Issues

Hey! I had similar issues with my RX. Check your alternator output and battery voltage. Could be a faulty voltage regulator impacting your charging system. Had any work done on the power supply lately?

Yep, almost identical. The diagnostics flagged undervoltage too. Turned out the battery was goosed and throwing errors. I'd get it checked professionally to be sure, before replacing the alternator for nothing.
