Thank you for the insight. I haven't checked the nozzles directly, but given the symptoms, it seems plausible. What was the final diagnosis in your case?

Yep, turned out to be dirty injectors. The shop told me that with the mileage on our cars, it's a pretty common issue. I'd recommend having a qualified workshop take a look. It's not worth messing with the fuel system yourself unless you really know what you're doing.

I appreciate the advice. I took it to my mechanic, and you were spot on. Defective injection nozzle, likely due to dirt. Repair cost came out to 515€. Thanks again for your help!

Sounds familiar! I had similar issues with my SC a while back. Have you checked the injection nozzles? Dirty injectors can cause all those problems. Reduced engine power and rough idling were the first signs for me. What kind of mileage are you getting now?
