I have a Lexus SC too, not sure of the year, but I had a similar issue with my parking sensors. Have you checked the blind spot or proximity sensors themselves? Sometimes they get dirty or damaged.

Thanks. I inspected the sensors for damage or obstructions, but they look good. Could it be faulty wiring or a bad control module?

That's possible. After checking the sensors, my issue was still there. I'd advise a workshop. It could be wiring. I had to, and the repair including diagnostics was around 95€.

I appreciate the info and the suggestion. I'll schedule an appointment with a trusted mechanic to diagnose the parking aid fault. Thanks again.
