Compressor relay? I haven't checked that specifically. Where is it usually located on the UX hybrid and could a faulty relay really cause all these problems?

On my Opel, it was in the engine compartment fuse box. But I'm not familiar with Lexus. A bad relay can cause the AC to not engage, which might trigger the other errors you're seeing. Honestly, with all those symptoms, I'd get it checked out by a workshop to be certain.

Thanks for the advice! Turns out it was related to the AC system. The air conditioning control unit was defective due to the faulty temperature sensor. After repair and replacement, it set me back 980€. Hope this will help other Lexus owners.

Sounds frustrating. I had a similar issue with my old Opel a few years back. Different sensor, but the symptoms were almost identical – error message, climate control failure, the works. Did you check the AC compressor relay?
