Lexus UX Airbag Warning Lamp

I've had a similar issue with my Lexus UX. The airbag warning light illuminated intermittently. Have you had any recent work done on the car, particularly around the seats or dashboard? Sometimes disturbing those areas can affect the airbag sensor connections.

It was intermittent at first, but eventually became constant. Given that, and considering it could be a cable or plug issue, I'd recommend taking it to a qualified workshop. I am not comfortable with diagnosing airbag systems and am not qualified to recommend anything in that respect. Messing with airbag systems is not something you can do at home, even if you were an expert in this car's systems.

Thanks, I appreciate the advice. I took it to the workshop and they diagnosed a defective connector, just as I suspected. Repair cost was 95€. Everything seems to be in order now.
