Lexus UX Automatic Transmission Problems

My 2022 Lexus UX with a gasoline engine is showing concerning signs. At 212251 km, the automatic transmission is acting up: implausible shifting, transmission light, doesn't shift right, and sometimes goes into emergency mode. Could the automatic transmission oil be worn out?

I also have a Lexus UX and had similar transmission problems not too long ago. Was there perhaps undervoltage in your vehicle before the issues started? That can really mess with the transmission's electronic control unit. Is it slipping at all, or just behaving erratically?

Undervoltage, you say? That's interesting. I did have a bit of battery trouble recently. Slipping, yes, definitely some slipping. What exactly was your issue, and how did you resolve it?

Okay, slipping and undervoltage points to the same thing I experienced. I'm no mechanic, but it sounds like the hydraulic fluid might be the culprit. Best to get it to a workshop and have them check the transmission fluid level and condition and maybe do a transmission flush. It sounds like you need a professional.

Thank you so much for the advice! I took it to a local workshop, and you were spot on. It was indeed related to the hydraulic fluid and undervoltage. They replaced the oil, and now it's running smoothly again. The repair cost me 240€. Appreciate your help!
