Lexus UX Mixture Preparation Error

I own a 2021 Lexus UX hybrid, and I'm experiencing a mixture preparation error. The check engine light is on, and the engine exhibits reduced power, rough running, jerking during acceleration, and occasional stalling at idle. The car has 247479 km on the odometer. Could a defective injection valve/injector be the likely cause?

I also drive a Lexus UX. I had similar symptoms – check engine light, rough running, and jerking. Have you checked the oxygen sensor? A faulty sensor can cause the engine to run rich, messing with the air-fuel ratio.

Thank you for your suggestion. Did replacing the oxygen sensor resolve all the issues you experienced, or were other components involved?

Replacing the oxygen sensor did improve things, but the jerking persisted. Eventually, the workshop identified a defective fuel injector. They told me it was causing an incorrect air-fuel mixture. A new injector fixed everything.
