Lexus UX Navigation Failure

That's interesting. I had something similar happen with my 2018 Volvo XC60 a while back. Sounds almost exactly like what I went through. Mine also pointed to a corrupted control unit program. Have you tried any recalibration through the car's system, or just read the codes?

Sure. The exact tools might be different between Volvo and Lexus, but the idea is the same. I tried a full system reset through the Volvo's computer, then tried to reinstall the software. That didn't work because the corrupted program kept messing things up. I had to take it to the shop to get the control unit completely redone. Based on what you're seeing, I'd suggest talking to a Lexus tech.
