Thanks, I'll take a look. Did you also get an error message? And was it just a loose connection, or something more involved?

Yep, same error message. Turned out the battery was heavily discharged – or defective. That UX is sensitive. I'd take it to a workshop; they sorted it quickly.

Thanks for the advice! Took it to the dealer, and it ended up being a partially defective battery. They replaced it, and the seat's working perfectly again. Repair cost was 290€ . Appreciate the pointer!

Hey! I drive a UX as well, and I had a similar problem a while back. Check the seat wiring under the seat. Is anything loose or disconnected?
