Hey, thanks for the reply! The error is pretty generic, something like 'function restrictions' or 'device connection error.' I'm leaning towards it being a pairing issue since it happened right after I tried connecting a new phone. Any thoughts?

The symptoms you're describing do correlate with incorrect device pairing. While basic troubleshooting like restarting devices often resolves such issues, it appears a deeper configuration problem might exist. Therefore, it is advisable to seek assistance from a qualified workshop.

Thanks for confirming my suspicions! I appreciate the help. I took it to the shop, and it turned out to be exactly what you said – a messed-up pairing issue. They had to reset something in the system, and it cost me 45€. All good now!

I have a Lexus UX as well, and I encountered a comparable problem a while back. Is the error message related to Bluetooth connectivity or specifically device pairing?
