LFA Central Locking Failure
Summary of the thread
The central locking system of a 2011 Lexus LFA stopped working, accompanied by an error message. The issue was suspected to be related to a cable or plug. A similar problem was resolved by checking the security system and addressing defective cable connections. The solution involved a workshop visit, confirming the cable issue, and fixing it for a fee.

Interesting. What Lexus do you have? And what exactly did you do to check the security system?

I have an older Lexus. The problem sounds similar to mine. I would suggest you go to the workshop, they told me the problem was the cables.

Thanks for the advice. I took it to the workshop, and you were right - it was a defective cable connection, as they suspected. Cost me 95€ to fix. Appreciate the help!

I had a similar issue with my Lexus. I think it was the car alarm causing it. Have you checked the security system?
