Thank you for your reply. Could you elaborate on the process of testing the injectors? Is it feasible to perform injector cleaning as an initial step, or would a full injector test be more appropriate at this stage?

Regarding injector testing versus cleaning, I'd lean toward a comprehensive test first. This will give you a clear picture of each injector's performance – spray pattern, flow rate, and leakage. Cleaning might improve things, but it's a bit like a shot in the dark without knowing the extent of the problem. Given the LFA's age and mileage, and the symptoms, it might be best to bring it to a trusted workshop.

Understood. I appreciate your input. The issue was indeed a defective injection valve/injector. The repair cost came to 515€. Thank you again for your assistance.

Hard starting on an LFA definitely points to fuel delivery issues during cold starts. Have you considered an injector test, or checking fuel rail pressure? A misfire could also contribute, so perhaps check the ignition system as well. It's difficult to pinpoint without further diagnostics, but start with the basics.
