LFA Damping Adjustment Fault
Summary of the thread
The 2011 Lexus LFA experienced a bumpier ride and displayed a warning light related to a damping adjustment fault. Initial checks, such as tire pressure and visual inspection of the shocks, were performed without identifying the issue. The problem was ultimately diagnosed as a defective cable or plug connection to the damping adjustment component, which was resolved at a workshop.

I have checked the tire pressure, and it's within range. Visually, the shocks appear intact. Is there a specific fuse related to the damping adjustment system that I should check first?

You've covered the easy stuff. Fuses for the suspension are usually labeled in the fuse box diagram, check your owner's manual for the location, but with a stored error code and warning light, it might be more than just a blown fuse. Considering it's the LFA, and those adaptive dampers are complex, you should probably just take it to a good workshop. Could save you a headache.

I visited a workshop. The diagnosis confirmed a defective cable/plug connection to the damping adjustment component. The repair cost was 95€. Thanks for the help.

Whoa, an LFA! Damping adjustment fault, eh? Bumpy ride and a warning light? Sounds like something's up with your suspension. Have you checked the basics, like tire pressure and if all the shocks seem to be in good order visually? Maybe a fuse? It could be something simple before you go digging too deep.
