LFA Power Window Failure

The power windows of a 2010 Lexus LFA were completely unresponsive, with an error related to the window control system. Fuses were checked and found to be fine. The issue was ultimately diagnosed as a faulty power window switch, which was confirmed and repaired at a shop for 200€.

I haven't tested the voltage at the window regulator motor yet. Can you explain how to do that? Where are the test points, and what voltage should I see normally?

Since you're not familiar with electrical testing, I'd suggest taking it to a qualified tech. Window regulators can be tricky to troubleshoot without the right equipment and experience.

Thanks, I took it to a shop like you said. It was the power window switch, just like I thought. The repair was 200€.

Have you checked the voltage at the window regulator motor when trying the switch? That'll help see if the problem is the switch or further down the line.
