LFA Radar Sensor Issue

Thanks. I haven't knowingly exposed the sensor to anything unusual, but it could be dirty. I'm unfamiliar with the recalibration procedure for the LFA. Does this require specialized equipment, or could I do it myself with guidance?

Recalibration often requires specialized tools for accurate sensor alignment. Since the error appears to be cascading, I suggest going to a certified workshop. It's probably dirt, but it may be a deeper issue. An experienced technician can diagnose it correctly.

I took your suggestion and visited a workshop. The sensor was simply dirty. After cleaning and recalibrating, the system is now functioning correctly. The total cost was 45€. Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction.

Sounds like a radar sensor issue, potentially affecting your collision avoidance system. Has the sensor been exposed to unusual conditions, like heavy rain or road debris? Sometimes a dirty sensor can cause these errors. Are you confident in recalibrating the sensor after cleaning it?
