LFA System Readiness Check Incomplete

I'm experiencing a strange issue with my 2010 Lexus LFA (gasoline engine). The system readiness check is incomplete, and I'm getting an error message on the speedometer. It also shows up as an error stored in the error memory when I connect an OBD2 scanner. I suspect it happened because I recently used an OBD2 diagnostic tool. Has anyone else run into this?

I had a similar problem with my 2018 Volvo V90 after using an OBD2 scanner. The check engine light stayed on, and it wouldn't pass the emissions test. Did you try clearing the error codes after the diagnostic?

Yes, I did clear the error codes, but the system readiness check still shows as incomplete. Do you remember how you resolved the issue on your Volvo?

Clearing the codes didn't work for me either. The only way I could resolve it was to take it to the workshop, as the car needs to perform some drive cycles to reset the OBD readiness monitors.

Thanks for the information! It turned out to be a simple computer reset issue. I took it to the workshop, they reset the computer for free and now everything is fine, passed the readiness check! Cost me 0€
