Livinia immobilizer fault

I'm experiencing an immobilizer issue with my 2020 Nissan Livinia, gasoline engine, 191778 km mileage. The engine won't start. Sometimes it starts briefly, then stops. I read the error memory and there's an immobilizer fault. Could the key programming be the cause?
