Thanks for the reply! An antenna ground? I'm not really sure where to even begin looking for that. Is it something relatively accessible, or am I going to need to take half the car apart? Any pointers on where to find it, or what to look for?

The antenna ground can be a pain to get to. It's often behind the head unit or near the base of the antenna itself. If you're not comfortable fiddling with vehicle electronics, I'd advise getting a workshop to take a look. My issue ended up being a defective antenna, and after replacing it the radio works as normal. It cost me around 255€ for parts and labour.

Thanks so much for the insight! It sounds like it's probably best if I just get it looked at by a professional. I appreciate you sharing your experience, at least I have an idea what I'm up against and a rough estimate of the repair cost.

I know exactly what you're talking about! I had almost the same issue with my Livinia. It was like the radio signal was trying to swim through mud – weak and constantly cutting out. I started thinking it was something electrical, like a loose antenna ground. Have you checked that?
