Yes, it's the rear vents specifically. What connection are you referring to exactly?

It was the cable or plug. Unfortunately I don't have the repair details, I just brought it to a workshop.

Thanks for the info! Turns out it was indeed a defective plug connection, repair set me back 95€. Appreciate the help!

I had a similar issue with my Lova. Does it affect only the rear passengers? Maybe it's the connection.
