Lova Rear Vent Fault

Hi, I have a 2018 Chevrolet Lova with a gasoline engine. My rear ventilation flap seems faulty. I'm getting an error in the memory, climate control malfunction, and the AC doesn't cool. Mileage is at 176710 km. Any ideas?

I had a similar issue with my Lova. Does it affect only the rear passengers? Maybe it's the connection.

It was the cable or plug. Unfortunately I don't have the repair details, I just brought it to a workshop.
