M Klasse Washer Fluid Warning and Wiper Issues
Summary of the thread
The issue with the 2010 Mercedes M Klasse hybrid involved a persistent washer fluid low warning and a non-functional wiper system, despite the reservoir being full. The problem was suspected to be related to the wiper system's sensors. After checking for blockages and confirming the fluid level, it was discovered that a disconnected sensor wire was causing the issue. Reattaching the wire resolved the problem, turning off the warning light and restoring the wiper system's functionality.

Thanks for the reply I visually confirmed the fluid level in the reservoir I also checked the spray jets for blockages, and they look clear Could a bad sensor cause both the warning light and the wiper system to fail, even if the fluid level is okay

Okay, if you've actually seen the fluid and the jets are clear, then yeah, it's probably a sensor thing Honestly, electrical problems in these things are the worst Could be a fuse, could be a wire, could be the sensor itself giving false readings I ended up just taking mine to a workshop Saved me a headache, to be honest

Thanks for the advice I did a thorough inspection and found a disconnected sensor wire Reattaching the wire fixed the problem The warning light is off, and the wiper system works now The repair cost me 25€ for a replacement clip Thanks again

Ugh, that darn warning I had the same thing happen on my M Klasse, though I was convinced there was plenty of wiper fluid Drove me nuts Did you actually see the fluid level or are you just trusting the cap said it was full Sometimes it's hard to tell Maybe the spray jets are clogged
