Hi, that sounds reassuring that it was relatively easy for you. Do you remember how much it cost you? And has there been anything else since then or is everything running smoothly now? Thank you in advance!

Yes, everything has been running smoothly since the workshop visit. The tilt sensor of the anti-theft alarm system has been fixed. This small fault in the sensors for the alarm system cost me €250. But since then it's been quiet, no more beeping. So take good care of your Ecosport and have it done by professionals. Good luck!

Thank you! Sure, €250 isn't exactly a bargain, but it'll definitely be worth it when it's actually quiet. The Ecosport will of course be well looked after from now on, don't worry! Off to the garage then - I'll let you know how it goes. See you next time!

Hi, I had similar problems with my 2012 Ford Kuga last month. The tilt sensor of the alarm system was also to blame. In any case, it's quite possible that it's the same with your Ecosport. In my case, the garage replaced the sensor fairly easily. It wasn't a big deal, but without the professionals it would have been really difficult to do it on my own. So my advice: it's best to go to the garage and have it checked. Good luck and don't hang your head!
